Join our supportive multidisciplinary team of experienced mental health clinicians Become a key member of our growing specialty mental health and well-being teams Dynamic work environment and collaborative team culture The Early Intervention and Integration Lead - Eating Disorders clinician will be a valued member of the mental health & wellbeing team to provide leadership and strategic direction within AWH and coordination for the development of services and capacity across the AWH Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service Catchment region.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Professional qualifications in either Nursing, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy with a minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health practice and current registration with AHPRA as required.
Demonstrated post-registration clinical experience including substantial experience in eating disorder service provision.
Ability to demonstrate evidence-based knowledge related to eating disorders in both the Adult and Infant, Child and Youth populations.
Demonstrated experience and willingness to work with people with lived and living experience of mental illness and/or psychosocial distress and experience of working with consumers and carers to design, evaluate and continuously improve services.

Mental Health Services at Albury Wodonga Health AWH is an Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, providing mental health treatment, care and support, including delivering Alcohol and Other Drugs services.
We deliver 10 specialised community-based programs, along with three acute care services and three facilities dedicated to recovery and rehabilitation.
We also provide services supporting families coping with parental mental illness and facilitating connections to carer consultants.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing teams comprise mental health clinicians with a background in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, and psychology, all of whom have experience in helping people through a range of therapies.

The Incentive program was designed by the Department of Health to support the attraction, relocation, and retention of mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) workers to priority positions area mental health and wellbeing services across rural and regional Victoria.
Candidates relocating may be eligible for grants of up to $20,000 to cover expenses such as removalist, travel fees, accommodation costs, school fees, etc.
