Job DescriptionAbout the BusinessThis well-known organisation has experienced continued growth in recent years and continues to go from strength to strength.
Boasting double-digit organic growth, this business is dynamic, fast-paced and at the forefront of technology, thriving on innovation for their customers.About the RoleLeading a small team, you will provide key financial planning and analytical support to several Business Units and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including those in the Executive Leadership team.You will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information and act as a true Finance Business Partner and Leader: Provide all aspects of financial analysis and support for several divisions;Work closely with BUs in preparing accurate financial budgets, projections, and forecasts;Build strong relationships with the leadership team (including non-finance stakeholders) and understand key business drivers while providing detailed trend analysis across multiple data sets;Complete monthly management reporting packages;Be extremely systems savvy with a passion for BI tools and data interpretation;Lead FP&A driving change and transformation initiatives.About YouStrong leadership skills are a must.
You should be able to nurture and empower your team, drive accountability and ownership, and always strive towards achieving high performance and best practice.You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and those who have a non-financial background;Be naturally inquisitive with a strong passion for systems and the ability to quickly identify key trends in data;Engage collaboratively with others, work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;CA/CPA/CIMA qualifications are required.
