Some of the key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Conduct detailed inspections of buildings/sitesHands on complex maintenance & repairs to all HVAC systemsCarry out routine building plant and walk through inspectionsDiagnose and rectify faults in HVAC, electrical or control systemsInstallation of plant & equipment in large-scale upgradesProvide technical support as requiredDevelop strong relationships with customersProvide adequate information to build estimations for service jobs or installation worksDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat makes you stand out We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their experience in Refrigeration/Mechanic/HVAC Services and have an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business. As well as the following attributes:
Dual trade will be highly regardedRelevant trade qualifications (including but not limited to ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction etc.)Current driver's licenceThe ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary teamA high-level of technical service skillAbility to work under pressureExceptional time managementCulture Most importantly the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success.
