Client Side Construction Project Manager

About the role Reporting to the Director, you will be a key member of the project team responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities will vary dependent on level and will include:
Ensure the timely delivery of all projects, within budget and to agreed scope.Be accountable for the delivery of a variety of new build and fit-out projects across multiple sectors.Be responsible for overall management of the project including managing of consultant teams, procurement and contract administration during construction and close out.Administer contracts using the AS Standard suite of contracts.Manage and mitigate risk through the application of effective project risk management and reporting.Provide effective client reporting appropriate to the requirements of the client.Ensure workplace H&S and environmental management practices are deployed.Skills and experience Tertiary qualification in Project Management or construction related degree is preferred but not essential.Minimum 5 years experience.Proven track record in the client side delivery and integration of multiple simultaneous projects.Demonstrate experience in the delivery of projects in accordance with best practice project management processes.Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.Have strong numerical and written skills.Must hold appropriate work visa to work in Australia.You must have experience in the construction industry to be considered for this role.Competitive salary assessed based on experience.
