Boss Energy owns the Honeymoon uranium mine in South Australia, which is fully licensed for uranium exports of up to 3.3mlb and is run by an industry experienced team of mining professionals.
With the recent purchase of a 30% stake in the Alta Mesa Uranium Project in South Texas USA, Boss Energy has reaffirmed its vision to become a global uranium supplier.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes across all industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with a proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.The role will be FIFO from Adelaide charter terminal direct to the Honeymoon mine site on an 8:6 roster.Responsibilities:Work with the Senior Process Engineer to optimise quality of production and efficiencies of process plant.Metal accounting, production reconciliations, reporting and forecasting.Complete metallurgical checks and inspections.Identify and execute short-term optimization projects and provide leadership and technical expertise.Identify plant improvements, find solutions for process issues, and bring innovative ideas to the business.Assist with operation of the process plant and wellfields if required.Assist with development of work instructions, operating procedures and checklists.About YouYou will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:Tertiary Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical or Materials Engineering.Minimum 3 years of metallurgical experience.Experience with metal accounting, forecasting, and budgets, and strong report writing and training skills.First Aid Certificate (Ideal but not essential).What We OfferWe take pride in fostering a supportive team environment that values collaboration and professional growth.
