Plus, we know how to have a little fun along the wayYOUR DAY-TO-DAYIn this role, you'll take ownership of your area, playing an essential part of our Factory team while working under the guidance of your leaders.Reaching daily production targets for a variety of delicious baked goods, confidently handling tasks in your designated area.Overseeing the mixing, proofing, baking, and cooling of dough to ensure quality and consistency in every product.Keeping your section of the factory floor running smoothly, focusing on minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.Expanding your skills and knowledge with hands-on training across different areas, taking the opportunity to develop your role.Being flexible and ready for action on weekends and some public holidays as needed, while contributing positively to our team environment.You'll be encouraged to take initiative and pride in your work, all while working closely with your manager and team to meet our production goalsABOUT YOUWe're looking for team players who:Are dependable and arrive each day ready to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.Have solid organizational skills, meeting deadlines and staying focused in a fast-paced setting.Understand the importance of food safety and maintain high standards of professional hygiene.Have a basic grasp of math for accurate measurements and calculations.Thrive under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality results.WHY US? Being available for varied shift finish times is highly regarded.
