Now is an incredible time to join the team as we continue on our mission to help millions of consumers resolve debt, better.We're seeking a collaborative and visionary Engineering Manager to lead our Foundational Engineering team and drive our technical evolution in partnership with key stakeholders across the organisation.Your RoleAs the Engineering Manager of our Foundational Engineering team, you'll lead a team of 5 engineers focused on Data Engineering, core infrastructure, DevOps, Engineering Security and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
You'll work closely with our Head of Engineering, Staff Engineers, and other Engineering Managers to make critical technical decisions that shape our infrastructure and engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-On Technical Leadership: Combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills.
