Senior Accountant - Business Services - Pathway to Manager Our client in the Sydney CBD is seeking an Experienced Senior Accountant to join their premier boutique that delivers advisory services to executives, family groups & growing businesses.

About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a diverse range of accounting tasks while playing a key role in advising our prestigious clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Management Completion of BAS, IAS, FBT and SMSF Annual Compliance & Income Tax Returns Assistance with providing advice Liaise with the ATO and ASIC on client compliance matters Weekly & Monthly management reporting Assisting with client accounting file maintenance Other tasks as required What We Offer:

About You:
Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
CPA or CA certification is essential.
Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a strong track record in managing complex financial tasks and client relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero and Class Trust, is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Client-Centric: Experience working with clients in a professional services environment is highly valued.
You have a client-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Australian accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
