The hiring manager is an Exec within the Delivery and Transformation of this project and is based here in Melbourne.
Accountabilities This role is based around financial crime.
They need someone with most of their experience in either financial crime or regulations within either banking, financial services, or insurance.
This is because they need to communicate with external regulatory parties on these items at a program manager level.
The Program Manager will have 10-15 indirect reports and will report to them daily, but have their own line managers.
This role reports to the Chapter Lead, who then reports to the execs.
50/50 in the office and the days are flexible for their team- but you must be able to commit to going into the office at least 2-3 days per week.
One of the most important things they're looking for is a good cultural fit and that can handle a high-pressure working environment and work to strict deadlines.
This project has a budget of around $30 million.
Work on an Agile basis- but don't need to have experience per say but more so, knowledge of how Agile works.
The term mission is another term for Squad and there are multiple squads/missions in this program of work.
The role may require some travel interstate-this is because they have senior meetings once a month and will usually do them in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, and they are usually in person.
