About the Position The Service Supervisor – Fire is responsible for a range of client facing activities as well as being hands on in completing a range of works whilst managing the performance of a small team of technicians (2-4).
You will manage a maintenance schedule across multiple sites in Darwin as well as remotely within NT. Here's a snapshot of your day: Support the Service Manager in delivering outcomes for a key group of clients via a team of technicians Maintain and service all Wet Fire Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment to Australian Standards Conduct routine inspection, testing and servicing of Wet Fire Systems - Sprinklers, hydrants, hoses and pumps Establish and maintain strong client relationships Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Coordinate, compile and submit the required paperwork and other procedures Attending callouts as per rostered requirements Maintain industry knowledge and monitor market developments, keep up to date with the latest changes and advances in Fire Services Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conductComply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures The Ideal Candidate will have: Minimum 5 years' experience in the Fire industry (wet/dry), with experience as a supervisor/Leading Hand Trade Qualified – Plumbing/Registered Fire Sprinkler Fitter Experience using SimPro is highly advantageous Highly developed interpersonal skills Solid understanding of OH&S Requirements Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilitiesExcellent customer service skills Can we inspire you to join us?
