Eight core behaviours were identified as being integral to achieving the vision: team player; caring; respectful; honest; advocate; collaborative; considerate; and accountable.Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 means: a registered nurse appointed as such to a position approved by the Health Service, who has at least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years full-time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
In addition, the employee must have approved post-graduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field in which he/she is appointed to or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the Health Service.
