Senior Business Analyst

Talenza have been engaged by our clients to source a Senior Business Analyst for a cyber program. Initial 6 month day rate contract, with view to extend.$1000 p.d inclusive of super. To be successful in the role you will have: 6 + years as a Senior Business Analyst in Cyber Finance, Commerce, Defence or Telco industry.Experience with CyberArk, Sailpoint or similar, would be highly advantageous, but at least cyber project experience as a Business Analyst is required to be considered.Strong technical background (advantageous).Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.Previous experience working closely with engineers.Ability to work individually and as part of the team by leading, providing support and guidance to fellow team members.Confidence in communicating and influencing stakeholders at various levels.Ability to adapt to change, and previous project exposure working on internal controls framework.Willingness to proportionately expend effort on BAU and Transformation.Previous experience in mature agile environments. Salary: based on relevant experience.
Location: Sydney with office attendance 3 days/week (mandatory).
Work rights: candidate must be based in Greater Sydney and have full work rights.
