Are you a panel and paint shop manager or estimator, or an experienced motor assessor looking for a change?Are you tired of corporate politics, boring work that leaves you unfulfilled, and the prospect of a dead-end job?If so, we would love to hear from you.We currently have a full-time position available for an on-road Motor Assessor.About the roleAt AAMC, you'll never be bored. You won't be stuck in a single location completing dull, repetitive work. You'll have the flexibility that you need to achieve a balance between your work life and your personal life.Your days will be interesting and varied, and will help you grow and develop as an assessor.Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting assessments and preparing detailed assessment reportsNegotiating, monitoring, and communicating outcomes to clients and claimantsManaging relationships with repairersControlling client costs in line with business requirementsCalculating vehicle values in line with accepted industry guidelinesUndertake local and regional travel (as required) - Looking for assessors based anywhere in the Melbourne Metropolitan areaAbout usAAMC are Australia's leading motor accident management and assessing specialist.
