THE TEAM
Join our team at the forefront of transforming dental care for students across Victoria
We are a large Public Dental agency with 18 dental chairs in Ringwood and Ferntree Gully, Mobile Dental Vans, and outreach programs including Smile Squad and Smiles for Miles.
Our Smile Squad school dental program provides exceptional dental care for every student enrolled in a Victorian public school.
No matter where a student is, whether visiting an examination van in rural Victoria or a treatment van in central Melbourne, they will receive the same high-quality care.
Our vans are fully equipped to provide a wide range of treatments, ensuring that every student receives the care they need.
At EACH, we are committed to delivering consistent, accessible, high-quality dental care every time.
Students are already becoming familiar with our bright orange fleet, smart uniforms, approachable staff, and exceptional customer care.

Job Description You'll be working across the City of Knox and Maroondah regions, Yarra Ranges and Lilydale $30.03 - $31.66 per hour WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Salary Benefits: Maximise your take home pay with generous Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 free income tax per year, AND up to $2,650 additional tax-free money to spend towards meals entertainment.

We are a large team of over 60 staff members that work across the sites in the provision of high quality, safe clinical services.
A diverse team consisting of dentists, prosthetists, oral health therapists, dental therapists, senior dental assistants, oral health educators, dental assistants, and trainee dental assistants, and EACH also supports dental student placements during the year from Melbourne University.
Variety: Enjoy a varied day working across Ringwood and Ferntree Gully sites as well as various schools in our mobile vans and outreach programs including Smile Squad.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Deliver exceptional communication and customer service to clients.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control principles, maintaining a hygienic clinical environment.
Sterilise and maintain dental instruments to meet industry standards.
Qualifications
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualified with a Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Dental Assisting.
Experience in current practices.
Cert IV in Dental Assisting - OHE or Cert IV sterilisation would be highly advantageous.
