Lenovo's continued investment in world-changing innovation is building a more equitable, trustworthy, and smarter future for everyone, everywhere.Description and RequirementsWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join the Digital Workplace Solutions Delivery Team within the Lenovo Services & Solutions Group (SSG).
This role will reside within the AP Project Management Office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the successful execution of complex projects in accordance with quality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high quality results.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.Proven experience (7+ years) in a customer-facing project manager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.PMP, or equivalent project management certification.Fluent in English, verbal and written.If you require an accommodation to complete this application, please #J-18808-Ljbffr
