In this key administrative role, you will be the professional point of contact for the residents and families of our Aged Care Centres.
The key functions of the position include:
Responding to enquiries from consumers/public in relation to our residential homesLiaise with residents, families and other related stakeholders in relation to financial/statistical information of current or potential clientsMeeting with potential residents and their families to discuss accommodation / financial information / tours etcEnsure all admission and discharge information is maintainedManagement of resident files / records and general reporting requirementsSupport and coordinate the Residential Aged Care Centres Ward ClerksAbout you Prior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in providing high level customer service to internal and external customersStrong IT skills and competent using the Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamCert IV or higher in Business/Administration (desirable)Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
