FULL TIME ACCOUNTS & ADMIN OFFICER
The Company
We are contract manufacturers as well as selling our own Vetsense branded animal health products based in the Hawkesbury area.
We are looking to hire a well-rounded meticulous Accounts & Admin Officer looking for full time hours.
The position will provide administrative and accounting support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities.
• Monthly Creditors Reconciliations• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.• Match delivery dockets to invoices prior to input.• Daily processing of accounts payable invoices • Preparation of Creditors payments including ad hoc payments• Sales orders and Invoices processing.. Answering calls and assisting internal and external customers• General administration duties as required.• Reconciling Credit Card Payments• Weekly and Monthly reporting• Placing purchase orders for office and general factory consumables
Your Experience and Qualifications
• Demonstrable working knowledge of bookkeeping and/or accounting• Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting.• Hands-on experience with MYOB will be an added advantage• Good computer skills, excellent phone manner, strong attention to detail.• Demonstrate initiative and work with minimal supervision• Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities• Good written and verbal communication skills
