With a portfolio of international and local brands such as NESCAFÉ, PURINA, MAGGI, KIT KAT, UNCLE TOBYS, and MILO, you will have the chance to maintain and build the future of our brands in various sites where Nestlé has supply chain operations, including Rhodes NSW, Arndell Park NSW, Blayney NSW, Smithtown NSW, Wahgunyah VIC, Altona VIC, Campbellfield VIC, and Cambria Park New Zealand.

A day in the life...
Flexibility, curiosity, and adaptability are key as your rotations will be designed to provide the best learning experience aligned with business priorities.

Throughout the 2-year rotation program, you will be required to relocate to sites across Australia and New Zealand as part of your 1st and 2nd year rotation.
There will be opportunities to work across different areas with our business such as:
Opportunities to lead projects and demonstrate what you've learnt across management of projects and people, supply chain practices, and being a team leader of high performing teams.
Broad experience and exposure across our Supply Chain function including Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Physical Logistics, and Customer Solutions.
Working on exciting projects with colleagues and customers alike to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.
You will be supported by a tailored learning and development plan to enhance your leadership skills and set you up for long-term success.
What will make you successful...
A completed University Degree in Supply Chain in the last 2 years or in your final year of completion.
Full Australian working rights – Permanent residency or Citizenship (visa sponsorship is not available).
Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
You will be mobile and able to relocate across locations within Australia and/or New Zealand.
Self-motivated, innovative, adaptable, and results-driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
