What We Offer: Competitive pay rates with excellent earning potentialRotating roster to provide a great work-life balanceCasual to permanent employment opportunitiesImmediate start – we're ready to get you on board right awayFull-time hours (46-60 hours per week)Town-based roles – be home every night, no more long-haul travelBoilermaker Responsibilities: Demonstrated experience in boiler making, welding, and fabrication within a workshop environmentStrict adherence to workplace safety regulationsMaintaining high-quality standards in all workFollowing quality assurance processesLeading Hand Responsibilities: Leading and supervising a team of Boilermakers and other tradespeopleCoordinating and managing tasks to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standardsEnsuring safety protocols and procedures are followed across the teamMentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and performanceCommunicating with management to address project needs and challengesQualifications & Experience: Proficiency in welding (9606 welding test certification is desirable), cutting, and metalworking techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsHRWL (Forklift) is highly desirableStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and leadership skills for Leading HandsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWhy Steelarc Engineering?
