About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join our team based at Hendra.
Reporting to the Group Manager - HSEQ, you will be responsible for partnering with business teams to deliver on the HSE vision of a totally safe workplace.
We are looking for a person with demonstrated experience and a passion for workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the operational teams in driving the HSE cultureDevelop strong and effective relationships with clients and operational teamsProvide clear and accurate advice on HSE mattersProvide support, coordination and advice of HSE practices, systems and proceduresDrive effective compliance programs to ensure that the business always complies with legislation, codes, and licence requirementsConduct site audits and compile reportsMaintain hazard identification, risk assessment and control at business and operational levelMaintain effective record keeping and document control proceduresUndertake incident investigationsProvide coaching and mentoring to managers and staffAbout You Are you the person CV needs?
