Industrial Relations & Employment Law (Legal) Full time Responsibilities: Provide high-quality generalist human resource, industrial relations, and employment relations support across the employment lifecycle.Deliver timely, effective, and confidential guidance and support, particularly on people management issues.Manage IR/ER case functions, including reviewing allegations, conducting investigation interviews, and gathering evidence.Create investigation and outcome documentation, and share lessons learned.Collaborate with and support the broader team, escalating complex and severe matters to senior team members.Support the National IR Manager and Group People Director in developing and implementing national strategies.Ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.Desired Skills and Experience: Strong Communication Skills: Essential for delivering timely and effective guidance, providing advice to the business, and engaging with external stakeholders.Investigative and Dispute Management Skills: Crucial for handling IR/ER case management, conducting investigation interviews, and mediating disputes.Problem-Solving Skills: Important for identifying issues, developing solutions, and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks.Data Analysis Skills: Necessary for analysing data and trends associated with IR/ER and sharing knowledge to upskill stakeholders.Relationship Building Skills: Key for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, statutory bodies, and supporting the broader team.What's in it for you?
