What You'll DoWork collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectivesDesign, create, execute, analyse, manual and automated tests both for the sprint as well as regression testingContribute to our DevOps processes around CI/CD practices and tools.Participate in improving our Agile processes and QA best practices.Working with API services and related microservices and SQL databaseDevelop high quality automated E2E test cases.Participate in all agile ceremonies.Support production deployment of applicationsAbility to write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers to get them fixedCarry out exploratory testing within an Agile environmentWhat You'll Bring5+ years' industry Web testing experience (Backend API/event driven systems)Proficient Functional and Automation testing experienceStrong experience in modern QA practices and disciplines.Strong experience testing applications following microservice architecturesResiliency on changing requirements and features and being able to shift focusExperience in API automation using CYPRESS or PLAYWRIGHTExpertise in testing and mocking of RESTful APIs.Experience with API testing tool like POSTMAN or SWAGGERExperience with SQL databases essential and experience with testing NoSQL databases highly desirableExperience with CI/CD, AZURE DevOpsExperience in testing Event based systems, service bus or message queues (Azure Event Hubs/Service Bus)Good understanding of microservice architectures along with Agile & Lean delivery principlesExperience with programming language such as Javascript/Python is highly desirable along with UI AutomationWhat You'll ExperienceA progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy that gives you more control over your work, life and wellbeingTeam discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven workMarket leading Chapter Time, giving you 1 day within the working week to learn whilst you earnGrow with the GroupAs an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
