Precinct General Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality and entertainment industry? We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to oversee a large and vibrant entertainment precinct in the heart of Sydney's CBD. This exciting venue will feature a diverse array of food and beverage outlets, ranging from casual breakfast and lunch spots to upscale dinner experiences, including café-style dining and à la carte options.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of the entertainment precinct, ensuring seamless operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.Oversee financial performance, including managing P&L statements for each outlet, setting budgets, and driving profitability.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by maintaining strong communication and effective staff procedures.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional service standards are met across all outlets.Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote the precinct and drive customer engagement.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Qualifications:Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.Strong financial acumen with experience managing multiple P&L statements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.A deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
