Collaborate with our Centre Manager to lead our team of educators to maintain an inclusive, supportive, fun, and friendly environment for both educators and families alike.
Encourage, mentor, support and develop our educators throughout their professional journey.
Work collaboratively with the Centre Director to manage the day-to-day operation of our Centre including curriculum supervision, facilities oversight, staff management, and administrative tasks to ensure the provision of high-quality education and care at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents, children, and team members to build successful collaborative relationships.
We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members:
Minimum 5 -10 years experience in the industry Diploma in Early Education Working towards a Bachelors Degree is preferable but not required Current Blue Card or Exemption Card Current First Aid and CPR Benefits of joining our team include:
