About the role Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of people on their rehabilitation journey?
Join our team as a Physiotherapist in our 24-bed inpatient unit, where you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their goals and regain independence.
In this dynamic role, you will bring your strong clinical expertise in neurological physiotherapy to manage a diverse caseload, including neurological, spinal, and orthopaedic conditions.
Working closely within a cohesive and supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred assessments and tailored interventions that focus on maximising clients' physical function.

Key responsibilities include: Provision of high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions based on sound clinical reasoning following comprehensive assessment.Provision of clinical supervision for assistants.Supervision of physiotherapy students.Contributing to the ongoing improvement of Royal Rehab Private and physiotherapy service by leading QI projects.About you We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Registration with AHPRA.Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation service covering a neurological and orthopaedic caseload including aquatic physiotherapy.Clinical skills across a range of neurological conditions including experience in and/or knowledge of vestibular rehabilitation.Experience with NDIS, LTCS/iCare and other compensable reports.Demonstration of effective multidisciplinary teamwork.Demonstrated evidence of professional development and commitment to evidence-based practice.Demonstrated excellent time management and self-organisational skills.Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to quality activities.Experience working with people with spinal cord injury.Experience working in a private rehabilitation setting.Experience with supervision of physiotherapists and students.What we offer Salary Packaging: Lower your taxable income and increase your take-home pay.Benefits: Fitness Passport & HCF Private Health Insurance discounts.Work-life balance: Flexible work arrangements.Employee Assistance Program: Access to professional counselling and coaching for you and your immediate family.Leadership: Supportive and experienced leadership team.Culture: Friendly and close-knit team environment.We are proud of our diverse and skilled team of passionate healthcare and support professionals committed to delivering the very best for the people we serve.
