Due to internal promotion, we are currently looking for a Senior Vice President - Underground who will lead the business and manage our Executive team.
The role will report through to the Executive Vice President, Mining Digital Solutions.
PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:
Accountable for the underground business unit, including full P&L Ensure consistent collaboration across the organisation to identifyand develop scalable solutions, while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
Successfully deliver the business objectives for the Komatsu Digital Mining Solutions brand.
Prioritise objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the executive leadership team.
Responsible for leading thebusiness operations globally with a focus on sales and support.
Responsible for leading the corporate support functions, which include engineering; product management and marketing; andother related functions Manage relationships with key clients Responsible for developing the long term strategy with the Executive Management Team (EMT) and aligning it with the Komatsu MTMP and annual business plan.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Bachelor Degree in business or related field required.
Advanced Degree preferred At least 10 years working in Mining, Technology or business related field Strong underground Mining experience (desirable) Global experience is preferred Ability to manage change and ambiguity Demonstrated experience in working within a matrix organisation Ability to think both strategically and tactically Ability to prioritise and work on multiple efforts simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and manage a functionally and culturally diverse team About us:
