You will manage transactional and savings needs, connect customers with other specialists when required, and proactively engage with them via phone or email. Your dedication and expertise will empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every dayThe HoursThis is a part-time, branch-based role covering 8.45am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am – 5.30pm Fridays.What will I need to succeed?Sales Experience: a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsNumerical Skills: proficiency in handling cash and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracyCustomer Service Experience: ideally in a customer-facing rolePersonality: an energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping peopleResilience: the ability to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customersTeam Player: ability to work effectively with colleagues to support branch goals and deliver outstanding serviceAdaptability: a will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologiesNo banking experience?
