You'll be responsible for managing the submission of STEERCO reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered to stakeholders.What you will be doing:Own the STEERCO reporting Process: You'll be the expert, ensuring all reporting requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.Analyse and interpret data: You'll delve into project data, identifying key trends and insights to inform decision-making.Craft compelling reports: You'll translate complex data into clear, concise, and engaging reports that effectively communicate project progress and performance.Collaborate with project teams: You'll work closely with project leads and subject matter experts to gather information, understand their needs, and ensure reporting aligns with their objectives.Develop and maintain reporting templates: You'll ensure consistency and efficiency by creating and maintaining standardised reporting templates.Proactively identify and address reporting challenges: You'll be a problem-solver, anticipating potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure smooth and accurate reporting.Skills and experience you'll bring:Proven experience in project reporting or a similar analytical role.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and reporting requirements.Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.A collaborative and proactive approach, and demonstrated adaptability to tackle different challenges and tasks daily.Location: Work from our Toowong location, hybrid options available plus ability to work from our other locations from time to time.Extra leave: Enjoy additional leave days on us You'll receive a paid 'ME' day and one paid volunteer leave day annually.
