Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the role5Point Projects is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing the contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery.What you'll be doingReviewing, negotiating, and administering construction contracts to safeguard the interests of 5PointMonitoring contract performance and compliance, identifying and addressing any issues or disputes in a timely mannerAssisting with the preparation of tender documentation, including drafting and reviewing contractual terms and conditionsProviding expert advice and guidance to project teams on contractual matters, interpreting complex legal clauses and mitigating risksMaintaining comprehensive contract documentation and records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of construction projectsStaying abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices in contract managementWhat we're looking forMinimum 6 years of experience in a senior contract administration or management role, preferably within the construction industryThorough understanding of construction contracts, including standard forms such as AS2124 and AS4000Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate contractual risksExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levelsProficient in the use of relevant contract management software and toolsTertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as law, construction management, or business administrationWhat we offerAt 5Point Projects, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
