Investment Banking Nomura's Investment Banking department is a leading global player offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital-raising services to clients.

Nomura's Investment Banking team specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt capital markets, and restructuring and financing, with a strong track record of success and exceptional service to clients across industries.

Responsibilities Conducting market and industry research within the sector focus in Nomura.
Organizing and preparing marketing materials, presentations and assisting in client relationship management.
Responsible for the development of valuation models, pro-forma financial statements and comparable company analysis.
Assisting in due diligence, transaction management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements Minimum of 1 year of Investment Banking or other boutique advisory experience.
Minimum of 1 year of track record in Australian M&A transactions.
Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines.
A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork.
A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
