The Victoria Clinic is looking to employ part-time Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional care in the area of general psychiatry.
About usThe new Victoria Clinic is currently a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility located on Malvern Road in Prahran.
This architecturally-designed, purpose-built mental health facility specialises in the provision of high-quality inpatient mental health services.

Our highly skilled and highly qualified care team of Psychiatrists, Clinicians, and other professionals will ensure that your experience is the best it can be.

Great LocationDynamic & Diverse WorkforcePart-time positions in Mental HealthAs an Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Mental Health your responsibilities will include: Providing operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management.Coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based.Ensuring the delivery of excellent patient and family-centred care in a team-focused environment.Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to your team.Be accountable for the effective management of human, financial, and material resources.Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team including our VMO partners.Facilitating a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement.Coordinating and driving clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.Minimum Requirements: Current Registration with AHPRA.Current or previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience (desirable).Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in inpatient mental health settings.Knowledge of NSQHS/ACHS Standards (desirable).Postgraduate qualification or working toward.Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relations with a wide range of diverse stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A commitment to a high standard of clinical and customer-focused care.High degree of computer literacy including MS Office and various databases.Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.For further enquiries: Please contact Esther Dzvindu, Director of Clinical Services on: .
