Our client seeks an experienced Business Analyst to work on a major workplace technology transformation program.
You will support multiple streams across the project including - M365 migration, teams/telephony migration, call centre consolidation and migration to Salesforce Cloud model.
You will oversee & review business processes, perform requirements gathering and documentation, design and oversee project plans to meet the business objectives and timelines, as well as support other workplace projects.
Skills and experiences required Minimum 6 years' experience as a business analyst.
Ability to lead and facilitate workshops.
ability to design process mapping across all project activities.
Translate high level business requirements into detailed functional and technical documents.
Manage all transition processes, ensure requirements are tracked in JIRA.
System Config & testing.
Strong background in M365 and other workplace technologies, teams and telephony devices.
Knowledge of Cloud and Salesforce.
Background in JIRA & Confluence Extensive background in business engagement, stakeholder management.
