We focus on producing modern, practical, affordable, and instinctively masculine clothing for every man.

Industrie now has over 100 retail stores across Australia & NZ retailing through Industrie stores as well as concession locations in Myer.
Role Overview
As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will oversee the E-comm, Retail, and Wholesale dispatch departments, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient workflows, and timely order fulfillment.
Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and productive environment that supports the growth of the business.
You will be leading a core team of 6 full-timers and up to 50 team members, leading by example in driving team performance, safety, and ensuring the company's high standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of performance and accuracy.
Ensure staffing levels meet set operational guidelines.Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily warehouse operations, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize workflows and reduce errors.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with other departments to manage supply chain needs.Safety Compliance: Ensure the warehouse complies with all health and safety regulations and company policies.Technology Use: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to monitor operations and generate reports.Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively and adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment.Skills
- 5-10 years' experience in Warehouse management – B2B and B2C
- Motivated, capable, and self-driven
- Reliable and punctual
- High safety focus
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task with competing priorities
- Great attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills to develop and coach the team
- Advanced Excel skills
