As a hospital Pharmacist based at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Fitzroy, you'll join our friendly team of pharmacists and dispense discharge and inpatient medications using Fred dispense.
With a formal hospital induction program, we will train and support the successful candidate to deliver the best possible patient care.
This is a permanent part-time position working from 8:00am until 12:30pm each Saturday.
Hours:
8:00am – 12:30pm Saturday

Apart from the standard duties of a pharmacist, you'll strongly support and counsel patients on discharge medication and provide advice and education on the proper use of medicines.
You'll also be required to support patients, carers and other healthcare professionals through the patient's journey.
What you'll bring Hold a current Pharmacist AHPRA registrationExperience in an Australian based retail or hospital pharmacySound knowledge of Fred dispense (preferred)Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)You'll be a great communicator both verbally and in writingYou'll have proven time management skills and a keen eye for detailsEmpathetic and understanding mindsetExcited to join us?
