What this job involves: We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join as Head of Finance & Portfolio Analytics for a major client within our Property & Asset Management team
In the role, you will oversee the financial operations and strategies for the portfolio.
You will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide accurate financial reporting.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring financial stability and growth of the client's property portfolio.
A snapshot of the role: Develop and oversee financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our client.Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and insights to various stakeholders.Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and client stakeholders.Monitor portfolio performance against key financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.Understand client's financial needs, provide financial guidance, and ensure their satisfaction with financial services and solutions.Provide guidance and mentorship to centralized property finance and analytics team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.Sound like you?
This is what we're looking for: Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and industry regulations.Proven experience as a finance leader in the commercial real estate industry specifically managing property portfolios.Proficiency in financial software and tools, including MRI Investment Management, MRI PMX, Excel, and PowerBI.What you can expect from us: As an organization, we embrace diversity and proactively support the needs that difference brings.
