We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Consultant to join our Community Mental Health Team.
In this pivotal role, you'll deliver high-quality clinical nursing expertise and drive improvements in mental health services across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings.
Key Responsibilities : Provide expert mental health nursing careOffer clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staffLead projects and programs to enhance consumer and service outcomesEssential Criteria Applicants must : Be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of AustraliaHold or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificateHold a graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)Have at least 3 years post registration experienceDemonstrated experience in supervision and leadership of multidisciplinary staff, student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nursesExperience working with Aboriginal consumersAbout YNLHN A career in the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network offers many great lifestyle benefits, including diverse job prospects and the opportunity to fast track your skills and career, not to mention your choice of scenery from farm, ocean, vineyards and the Southern Flinders Ranges.
