As the Project Communications Officer , you'll play a key role in transforming our corporate communication from a program-led model to an audience-centric one.
You'll create business processes that enhance communication, build departmental capabilities, and ensure that the right message reaches the right audience, at the right time.

Government experience is preferred.
Candidates must have experience of turning complex information into accessible content.

What You'll Do: Create an Online Hub : Develop and manage a central hub (intranet/SharePoint) to streamline communications and resources.
Develop Tools & Resources : Build and implement tools, checklists, and communication strategies that operationalize the newly launched system and other communication channels.
Deliver Engaging Communications : Plan, create, and execute compelling communication for key stakeholders and audience groups.
Shape the Future of Communication : Work alongside a dynamic team to establish scalable communication governance protocols, provide user training, and contribute to the overall initiative.
What We're Looking For: A proactive and innovative communicator with experience in project-based environments.
Ability to manage communication processes that drive customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Skills in stakeholder engagement, change management, and digital communication tools.
