Permanent and fixed term full-time opportunitiesHybrid role, based in our Melbourne CBDComprehensive in office training plan and excellent employee benefits and developmentThe heart of the role:Our Operations Support Centre is the engine room of our Bupa Medical and Health Services across Australia, supporting the Bupa Medical Centres, our 3rd party providers customer enquiries, appointment follow-ups and administration across our Visa Medical Services, Dental, Optical and Audiology nationwide. It's a busy, varied, customer-focused team working to quick turnaround times and high standards of support.You'll be making sure our customers have a smooth and supported experience on their health journey, and that's pretty cool to be a part ofIn this high-volume, transactional and detail-orientated role you will ensure we meet established service level agreements by responding to customer enquiries through a wide range of channels (phone, email, messages). Our team also supports the business by looking after all the administration and processing tasks such as invoicing, refunds, and processing reports and assessments.Additional Information about the role:Start date - JanuaryWe currently have 1x Full Time permanent position & 2x Full-time Fixed Term 6-month contract available within our teamFor the first two weeks, you will complete training on-site at our Melbourne office. Following this training, you will be able to work remotely, with a requirement to attend the office one day a weekRotating roster between the hours of 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday.About YouTo thrive in this role, you will ideally come from a processing background in the insurance, medical or financial fields, with previous experience working in a complex legislative environment key to your success. You'll be able to do the same tasks over and over at speed, while making sure you're delivering high quality work.In addition, you will have:Strong written and verbal communications skillsHighly proficiency in computer literacy and ability to navigate through multiple systems and processes is essentialSuperior attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet timelinesBe a self-starter with a proactive mindsetProblem solving attitude with a focus on customer experienceThe ability to work autonomously with great time management skills.We've got your backThe special thing about Bupa is that care is at our core and will always be a part of how we operate.
