As an esteemed employer, we currently boast a workforce of over 300 highly skilled and dedicated local employees, encompassing a diverse range of trades and expertise.Join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued success as we shape the future of the local industrial landscape.The RoleSupport the business and all Aestec team members by using your specialist skills and knowledge to assist in strategic decision making and development of people and culture.Coach and develop all team members at all levels to ensure a positive culture within the business that allows all employees to reach their potential.Continue to evolve our positive and productive cultureProvide guidance in accordance with applicable laws and assist teams with employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, promotions, role adjustments, misconduct, and terminationsRisk and injury management, including WorkCover claims and provide advice and guidance relating to OH&S mattersAccountable for the recruitment process by advertising, sourcing and short-listing candidates with the hiring managersAccountable for the review, coordination and maintenance of training requirements across the organisationManage the delivery of the HR calendar, including management of performance review cycles and regular talent assessment and succession planning activities as requiredConduct HR compliance audits to guarantee adherence to regulations.Be well versed in or can acquire knowledge of the relevant standards, EBAs, regulatory requirements, code of practices, and guidelinesPromote and support the health and wellbeing for all staff.The Ideal CandidateTake the next step in your career.
The ideal candidate will have or be willing to build a strong business acumen, and people-centric initiatives.Tertiary qualifications or significant relevant experience in Human ResourcesMinimum of 5 years' experience in similar roleCapacity to build company culture, change management and innovative people strategies, practices, and processesAbility to work with leaders on workforce planning, talent management, career coaching and succession planningThe ability to align the HR function with organisational direction and strategyLooking to grow with the business
