Showcase your expertise across this globally recognised destination for the best of live sport and entertainment including five iconic venues (John Cain Arena, Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, Kia Arena and CENTREPIECE).

The Position
Work closely with the Senior Event manager to ensure all events are streamlined.
Record and prepare meeting minutes & agendas.
Maintain administrative records and complete data entry.
Prepare and distribute event orders and kitchen worksheets.
Design menus and digital screens.
Assist with distributing event documents to staff (e.g.
via email or Priava).
Order office stationery and equipment.
Filing of paperwork.
Ensure event calendars are up to date.
Other administrative duties as required.
The Person
Excellent organisational skills and time management.
Attention to detail.
Team player and able to work autonomously.
Flexible approach and attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Multitasker.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in event management or related discipline.
Proven success in event planning or coordination.
Proficient with Priava and Canva.
Current National Police check, or ability to obtain one.
