Do work that matters As a Chief Operations Office Trainee in the Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you will undertake a 12-month traineeship, working fulltime with a view to moving to a permanent role at the successful completion of your traineeship.
You will be supported to train on-the-job, complemented by accredited Certificate studies in Business.
See yourself in our team As a Trainee in our Chief Operations Office Indigenous Academy, you will be completing processes that fulfil critical services for our customers including the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications.
With a focus on simply and safely meeting the needs of our customers, you will have:
A keen eye for detail and a curiosity and confidence to seek clarificationStrong organisational skills and ability to keep accurate reportingDemonstrated care, courage and commitment and be an energetic contributor to team meetingsGood communication skills, communicating with internal and external stakeholdersDesire to learn more about the organisation and further develop project skillsLocation: Gadigal/SydneyWe're interested in hearing from people who Experience working in a fast-paced environmentCan demonstrate competency in use of MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and ExcelPossess a learning mindsetWork with a team to meet the needs of our customers while completing a Certificate QualificationWhile completing your traineeship you'll also have the benefits of: Attending fortnightly Yarning Circles to connect with our Indigenous Employee NetworkCultural leave for attending community commitmentsHaving access to staff discounts and dealsSo, if you like the look of this job, but don't know if a career in banking is for you, we'd love to have a yarn anyway.
