About the Role: The School to Employment Officer role will focus on relationships with schools, present job opportunities, and perform recruitment duties to support new school program placements across the Newcastle region.
Duties: Relationship building and networkingCommunicate regularly with students, schools and program stakeholdersPerforming recruitment and networking dutiesWork towards KPIsGeneral Administration DutiesAbout You: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood teamwork and a willingness to collaborate with others to develop plans to achieve goalsConfidence to be working with and mentoring young peopleInterested in spending time in the office but also out in the communityEmpathy and patience are a must to ensure we get our students through to completionAdaptability and resilience, as no two days are the sameNecessary: Full Drivers LicenceWillingness to travel where necessaryFuel Card & Travel Allowance provided.
