Our team provides a wide range of clinical services including a 24-hour emergency and critical care service, internal medicine, neurology and neurosurgery, surgery, medical and radiation oncology, dermatology, radiology, cardiology, pathology, anaesthesia and sports medicine with rehabilitation.

The Relationship Manager position: The referring vet community are a big part of our success, having fostered strong relationships through trust and excellent service.
SASH is looking for a passionate team member to continue fostering vital relationships with SASH's referring veterinarian partners.
This position has a large travel component, with the successful candidate traveling most days of the work week on practice visits.
Responsibilities will include: Clinic outreach – contacting referring veterinary clinics regarding SASH's new and unique offerings (face to face, email, telephone, e-meetings)Vet education – supporting with planning and facilitation of educational eventsVet support – provide support and information to deliver additional value to referring veterinariansComplaints and objection handlingCollaboration with the Veterinary Relationship Manager teamCollaborate with the SASH Marketing Team to assist with development of and content for marketing materials relevant for referring veterinary clinics.Administration & reportingAbout You: We are looking for someone who can be an advocate for SASH and bring a commercial understanding to the management of relationships and external stakeholders.
You will have a keen understanding of how to add value to our partners with a flexible and dynamic approach to each individual partner.
Essential Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligenceAbility to comprehend and draw insight from relevant financial dataStrong computer literacy skills and demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office suiteValid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel (NSW)Ability to work autonomously while also being a team playerDesirable: Experience working in an emergency and/or referral veterinary clinic, or willingness to practice in this space is highly regardedSales or commercial experienceWhat's in it for You?
