Job DescriptionCoordinate project management activities, resources, and informationSupport the Project Manager in developing project plans including breaking into doable actions and set timeframesLiaise with stakeholders as required to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementMake sure stakeholders needs are met as projects evolveHelp prepare budgetsSupport the Project Manager in analysing risks and opportunitiesMonitor project progress and escalate any issues that arise with the Project ManagerAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants as requiredWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality reviewsQualificationsExperience in a similar project coordination role within the superannuation industry or broader financial services industry (preferred but not essential)High level of attention to detailStrong business acumenDesire to further your career in the financial services/fintech industryAdditional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROW Birthday - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronicsLooking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
