We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office All Rounder to join our team.
This role is available as a full-time position or can be shared by two part-time team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and process email enquiries.
Job processing and scheduling.
Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes.
Maintain and update customer activity in our CRM (ACT Software).
Communicate with customers about jobs in progress.
Perform general office and reception duties.
Manage Excel spreadsheets and maintain accuracy.
Follow up on unpaid invoices and process payments in MYOB.
Support the on-road team with queries and follow-ups.
Skills and Experience:To excel in this role, you should bring:

Previous experience in a similar administrative or office role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of people.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
A professional attitude, presentation, and conduct.
Strong literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with MYOB (highly regarded).
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
A proactive, reliable, and down-to-earth personality.
Hours and Benefits:

Hourly rate: $30 - $40 per hour, reviewed after the initial 3 months.
Flexible full-time or part-time options available.
