Job Description - Sales & Customer Support Manager (326994)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESManage assigned sales projects and customer RFQ requests for MRO projectsManage assigned customer accounts and relationships as they relate to ECM / BTAManage and support key vendor / supplier relationships as requiredProject manage the bid process for customer RFQs involving necessary personnel to support and working alongside the maintenance, logistics, and finance teams to prepare SoW, schedule, customer expectations, cost sheets, and RFQ / Tender response documentation through to project award / negotiationsProject Manage oversight on MRO projects to include :Coordinating induction and handover to maintenance teamCustomer liaison to include project reporting and scheduled meetingsTimeline schedule, cost and scope oversight support to the maintenance teamWork scope change discussions with project lead and customerOversight of progress billing and final invoicingManage any post-project warranty or maintenance error discussionsSolicit new business with new and existing customers for ECM / BTA market offeringsSolicit post-delivery feedback both externally and internally on projects, product quality, project execution and provide to management, QM, and team as requiredMonitor and analyze key customers alongside BD teamParticipate in sales, marketing, and event projects and conferencesVisit assigned customers as agreed and scheduled for new and existing business meetings or regular scheduled visitationsKEY RESULT AREASAchieving sales targets and revenue growthAchieving Personal Performance goals as well as aligning with Bell and Textron corporate goalsConducting market research and analysisBuilding and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholdersEstablishing strategic partnershipsPERSONAL QUALITIESGeneral knowledge of Aircraft MaintenanceBusiness AcumenStrategic and analytical thinking skillsCustomer FocusedEmpathy & integrityProactive & Self-motivatedTeam PlayerExemplary honesty and integrityDependable and reliableNeat personal presentationFlexibilityKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSExperience in preparation of estimates for modification programs on Rotary Wing aircraftExperience in customer interface and managementExperience working in an aircraft maintenance facility, preferably an MRO and / or CROUnderstanding of Aviation regulatory requirements and standards for aircraft maintenanceComputer Literate in ERP Systems, Salesforce and Microsoft suiteStrong written and communication skillsPrevious experience in an organization within a similar scope and size to BTA is preferredBusiness degree in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration or relevant disciplineRecruiting Company : Bell Textron Inc.Primary Location: Australia-Queensland-RedcliffeJob Field: Product SupportSchedule: Full-timeJob Level: First ShiftJob Posting: 08 / 28 / 2024, 1 : 52 : 14 AMTextron values diversity to enhance our businesses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
