Clear Health Psychology is seeking a Full-time Practice Lead to support our growing team at Cannington and across our Perth metro practices.

We provide a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and staff, fostering collaboration to help each individual thrive.Why Join Clear Health Psychology?Lead a dedicated team making a genuine difference in people's lives.Be part of a progressive organisation with a culture of growth and innovation.Opportunities for personal and professional development within a supportive framework.Access to experienced management to guide and support you in your leadership role.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Area Manager, your role will involve:Providing operational oversight for the Cannington practice.Assisting with training new and casual staff.Managing reception duties, including client invoicing, appointment bookings, and administrative tasks.Collaborating with site directors and area managers on operational improvements.Coordinating with property managers on facility-related matters.Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the office, waiting areas, and kitchen.Supporting the team by providing clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy.What We Are Looking ForWe're searching for someone with:Proven experience in healthcare administration or reception.Knowledge and experience in Medicare and NDIS systems (essential).Intermediate computing skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.A caring and empathetic approach when dealing with clients and staff.Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the practice.#J-18808-Ljbffr
