Join our team as a Dozer Operator.
01st January, 2025Rokon is one of Victoria's prominent Civil Construction contractors.
We are currently experiencing significant growth and have a healthy pipeline of projects on the horizon.
Due to this, we currently have an exciting opportunity available for multiple Dozer Operators to join our teams in the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
As we grow, we have expanded our plant, bringing on 14 new machines in the last 6 months.
About the opportunity
We currently have opportunities available across various sites.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your key duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepare and position plant for operationLoad and unload equipment as requiredMove earth, rock or rubble to the correct level and alignment using GPS equipmentMonitor operation of plant and adjust accordinglyWork from drawings and markers for essential services (i.e.
electrical, gas etc.
), as directed by Supervisors and EngineersFollow and ensure safe operating procedures at all timesAbout you
To be considered, you need to demonstrate the following:
At least 2 years land development and subdivision experience operating DozersGPS, Topcon or Trimble experience is a must as you will be operating front line machinesAll appropriate tickets and appropriate licensesRokon provides a family-oriented and supportive workplace environment with training and career development.
