Your opportunity As a Senior Account Manager at Lincoln Sentry, you'll play a critical role in managing our key accounts across the Melbourne metro area while also exploring business development opportunities in both existing and new market segments.
You'll be tasked with demonstrating the value created by Lincoln Sentry to these businesses through our service, distribution, branch network, and technical offerings through fostering enduring relationships, while also exploring opportunities.
Critical to your success in the role will be your ability to be adaptable, strategic in your approach with strong financial acumen that is focused on account management and growth of your portfolio.
Here's what you'll achieve here: Maintain/exceed margin and profitability Achievement of designated sales target and delivery of financial outcomes of the portfolio Ensure new product development (NPD) penetration into existing and new markets Preparation of tendered price agreements and presentations Develop strategic plans to drive growth across existing and new customer accounts What you'll bring Demonstrated experience in sales, account management of key accounts, and business development Highly developed planning and organisational skills Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build a strong rapport with key internal and external stakeholders Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor staff But what's most important is that you're committed to doing good work, well.
