CoreStaff Darwin have multiple exciting opportunities for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and capable individuals to join our clients' Property Manager Team on a Permanent Full Time basis.

Our client is Darwin's leading Real Estate Agency and professionals in property market leaders in Darwin.
Based in central Darwin, our team offers expertise in Residential Sales, Leasing, Commercial, and Project Management.
Our client is home to enthusiastic, approachable, and highly qualified sales professionals who are committed to providing a service above and beyond the expectations and has set the standard for the industry to follow.
We have multiple positions available to join our clients' team as Property Managers and a chance to be part of a thriving industry and a company that values its employees.
About the Role:
Manage a portfolio of properties with the agency in the best interest of our clients.
Maintain knowledge of market conditions, establish appropriate rental rates through market research.
Undertake ingoing and final inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Undertake routine inspections, ensuring tenants are meeting responsibilities and clients are kept well informed.
Negotiate, approve applicants and prepare leases where required and complete all required paperwork for new leases.
Maintain portfolio at a manageable level so as to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and insurances.
Collect rental payments and security deposits, check & approve invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain a high degree and timely communications with tenants and clients at all times.
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
Current Real Estate Agent Representative License (NT) Cert IV in Real Estate Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team while demonstrating a high level of organisational skills.
